Dress up your adorable Cottontail Bunny with this free tulle skirt pattern!! Materials: 5/8 yard (0.50 metre) of tulle or a similar fabric 9” (22.9cm) of 3/8” (10mm) elastic – use coloured elastic that coordinates with the tulle being used for a fun effect! Preparation: Cut 2 pieces of tulle/fabric – L X W – 11” (28cm) x 30” (76.2cm).
